Reporting to the HR/IR Manager, you will work within the People Team to partner with key stakeholders and enable an organisational cultural transformation, supported by employee relations expertise that lifts the bar for people and performance at KONE.
What will you be doing?

  • Support employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand on varied industrial and people management matters across white-collar and blue-collar environments
  • Advise and resolve IR-related matters while maintaining the interests of our business, employees and customers
  • Support the development and renewal of enterprise agreements including analysis of labour rates and key commercial terms in partnership with remuneration and payroll teams
  • Contribute to People and Culture programs including engagement, talent and leadership
What are we looking for?
  • Degree qualifications in Law, HR, or a related discipline;
  • At least two years' experience in a HR role with significant employment relations responsibilities including investigation and resolution of grievances and case management;
  • Ability to analyse and interpret detailed information, such as regulations, legislation, awards and agreements, and provide clear and concise advice on workplace relations issues;
  • Experience using HR systems like WorkDay;
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex issues and concepts into 'plain English';
  • Collaboration within a team environment;
  • Customer-centric and delivery focus as a true brand ambassador for People and the business
