What You'll Be Doing

The Rostering System and Reporting Officer is required to provide a high level specialised technical support to the management and staff of SWSLHD. This will ensure award compliant, quality services that meet key performance indicators and business objectives are met.

How To Apply

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business and/or significant experience in Payroll and/or Human Resources functions associated with HR/Payroll/Rostering activities for a large complex service industry organization, ideally in health
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture and lead change
  • Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation
  • Proven ability to apply knowledge of employment legislation, awards and agreements, policies and maintaining privacy and confidentiality principles
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction as to work priorities with demonstrated experiencing managing and meeting deadlines whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail and meet predetermined targets and deadlines, whilst being flexible and able to adapt work practices to suit circumstances.
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication, business acumen and consulting and negotiation/influencing skills to achieve organisational outcomes.
  • High level computer literacy including experience with relevant HR technologies including, Human Resources Information Systems, Recruitment Systems, Learning Management Systems and Microsoft applications
  • Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
