Are you thinking about a career within Human Resources but don’t want to do a 3-year Uni degree?

Maxima are currently looking for several committed, go-getters to complete a fulltime traineeship within Human Resources.

Across 18-months you will be involved in the end-to-end HR processes, ensuring that all administration and systems are efficient and to a high standard, whilst studying towards a Certificate IV in Human Resources.

These roles will see you working within organisations who have a focus on providing high quality support and service to the local community, ultimately assisting them to thrive through life.

Duties Include:

  • Management of a high-volume Inbox
  • Provide administration support on a range of HR functions
  • Perform onboarding/offboarding functions
  • Conduct recruitment processes including ad writing and screening
  • Working closely with other teams including payroll, marketing etc.
  • Assist monthly reporting and meeting preparation
  • Contribute to and implement new initiatives and projects
