The Opportunity:

Due to company growth, a unique opportunity has arisen for an Internal recruiter to join our Inhouse Talent team. This position presents outstanding salary and the chance to work with a dynamic and collaborative team. You will work hand in hand with the Industry team to understand our client’s needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and implementing initiatives and strategies to be a true trusted advisor to the Industry team.

Responsibilities Include:

As maintenance and management of candidate management system:

  • Proactively engaging with the Industry Team to understand their recruitment needs and drivers to ensure appropriate recruitment strategies are aligned
  • Responsible for filling all vacancies given to you from the Industry Team
  • Pre-screening and interviewing candidates
  • Responsible for growing and proactively managing an active talent bank of candidates
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions needed to streamline work-flow and increased operating efficiency
  • Managing ad-hoc project based work and reporting to benefit the smooth running of the client account
  • Ensure all administration and filing is accurate and up to date

The Ideal Candidate:

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is seeking to move into an internal recruitment role within a busy professional organisation. We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to candidates and to partner with the Industry Team in a consultative and collaborative style.

Key Skills Include:

  • A strong recruitment background within agency or inhouse
  • Previous experience recruiting within: Information Technology, Telecommunications, Financial Services and/or Government
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to adapt to a highly changeable environment
  • A proactive and energetic approach
  • Exceptional time management
  • Flexibility & resilience
  • Be able to build strong rapport with key stakeholders
  • Able to multitask in this exciting high volume environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Working experience using salesforce/Job Science is an advantage
