About the Role

Our Talent Acquisition Team is hiring!

Never has there been a more exciting time to join the One Harvest team, helping to attract and retain quality talent nationally, across our four facilities and head office.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Capability team based at our Head Office in Wacol, Brisbane. Reporting to the Manager – National Talent Acquisition, you will work collaboratively with the broader team to support each site with volume blue-collar and strategic white-collar recruitment, in addition to exposure to exciting people and culture initiatives and the integration and management of our HRIS.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with end-to-end recruitment across four fresh-produce manufacturing facilities
  • Support Hiring Managers and Site P&C Managers with recruitment and onboarding needs, utilising ELMO, our HRIS
  • Ensuring professional and timely communication, both internally (One Harvest Employees) and externally (Candidates and Labour Hire Partners)
  • Assist in the execution of strategic recruitment plans and talent pooling for peak production periods
  • Assist with the ongoing management and modification of ELMO HRIS Recruitment and Onboarding on our path to continuous improvement
  • Management of visa and working rights checks (training provided)
  • Reference checking (though we also outsource!)
  • Partnering with One Harvest Hiring Managers to conduct professional interviews (training provided)
  • Assisting with ad-hoc scheduling of meetings and interviews for Manager – National Talent Acquisition 


To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • 3+ years recruitment experience in a fast-paced industry such as FMCG, manufacturing or similar
  • End to end recruitment experience with a consistent focus on creating a positive candidate experience
  • A high attention to detail
  • Professional, polished communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy (MS Office suite) with general knowledge of recruitment databases and systems
  • A willingness to learn and be flexible with your approach to each day
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • A collaborative approach to problem solving, with the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team
