JOB DESCRIPTION

Adecco are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a growing National Recruitment Team, ASAP start, Southbank location/working from home.

This role would suit a recent Human Resources Graduate who is looking to start their career in recruitment with extensive training pathways available.

Description

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Candidate management within a high-volume national team, including screening and interviewing for a wide range of role types.
  • Proactively attracting candidates using a variety of different systems and tools.
  • Onboarding of associates such as completing pre-employment checks.
  • Achieving activity standards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required and directed.
  • Understanding and adherence to all ERA, WH&S, EEO, privacy and other applicable legislation

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration, particularly in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy- experience with Customer Relationship Management programs is desirable
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field will be highly regarded.
