About The Role

The Recruitment Business Partner delivers end-to-end recruitment service delivery, processes, and customer satisfaction to stakeholders at various levels within the business. The primary focus of this position includes sourcing, assessing, selecting job-ready candidates to meet the business objectives across NSM.

This is a 6mth Fixed Term Fulltime Contract for immediate start

  • Full end to end recruitment of permanent, fixed term, bulk and contract candidates using Taleo
  • Manager briefings
  • Investigating and utilising mainstream and alternative methods of sourcing
  • Candidate management throughout the recruitment process
  • Internal stakeholder management throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify and utilise opportunities to pipeline candidates ensuring they are correctly and appropriately flagged in Taleo
  • Develop Talent Maps as required in line with the diversity initiatives, succession planning and as requested by internal stakeholders to meet the business objectives
  • Assist the P&C Team as required

About you
  • Experience working within a Recruitment and/or HR environment including end to end recruitment
  • Knowledge of relevant recruitment processes including pre-employment medicals, reference checking and candidate on-boarding
  • Proven experience working with in-house recruitment databases or A.T.S software
  • Experienced in maintaining strict confidentiality, driving high standards of timeliness, accuracy, and compliance; and delivering against challenging performance targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Power-point, email
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
  • Must either hold, or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
  • MUST be an Australian Citizen
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or HR related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in HR Modules of SAP
  • Experience using Taleo
