JOB DESCRIPTION

P&N Group consists of shared services supporting a national customer-owned multi-brand financial organisation; with P&N Bank operating in Western Australia and bcu operating in NSW and south eastern Queensland. The Group Services teams are located across the three states and include Transformation, IT, People & Culture, Risk, Finance & Data and Office of the CEO. 


P&N Group have an exciting opportunity within our diverse and inclusive Organisational Development and Learning Team for an experienced Organisational Development Specialist. This role is a maximum term contract for 6 months working across our exciting Transformation project.


If you are passionate about the development of future skill sets and positioning organizations to meet the demands of the future, then this role at P&N Group may well be the ideal fit for you. Your days will consist of researching best practice, designing, planning and facilitating in a collaborative and supportive environment both at our state-of-the-art office in Kings Square and with the option of WFH. You should be comfortable with both face to face facilitation and also utilising the features of a virtual classroom to deliver in an impactful and interesting manner.


Amongst other pieces of work you will be responsible for leadership development, cultural change initiatives, building organisational capability, supporting the development of people capability and talent management.


Working closely with the Organisational Development and Learning Team and a variety of stakeholders you will have influence across our organisation We are seeking someone who has the experience and the desire to enable a workforce equipped to meet the needs of the future.


Our ideal candidate will possess a tertiary degree in Organisational Development /Psychology /Human Resources or a related field. A Masters in I/O Psychology is desirable. You will have experience in a similar role with demonstrated exposure and competency with Projects, OD, L&D and People Capability deliverables, Experience in the Banking and Financial industry is desirable.
