What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity to step up into a permanent Recruitment Advisor role, and would suit a Recruitment Coordinator wanting to take their next step. Reporting into the Recruitment Lead, you will be involved in providing advice to stakeholders on best practice recruitment, supporting them through the process, and assisting with broader recruitment projects. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high touch advice to key stakeholders;
  • Sourcing high quality candidates;
  • Interview coordination;
  • Talent pooling and pipelining;
  • Assisting with systems implementation; and
  • Broader recruitment projects.

What experience is required?

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment Coordination role is essential;
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to managing conflicting priorities;
  • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced and transforming organisation;
  • Proactive approach with effective communication; and
  • An energetic and high performer.
