Playing a critical role in our Recruitment team based in the Gold Coast, you will report to the HR Operations Manager for Maven & be responsible for managing high volume practice support recruitment activities across Australia.

The role also closely manages the relationship of internal stakeholders to ensure the desired business outcomes align with the overall recruitment strategy.

What success looks like for this role –
  • High-volume, fast paced end to end recruitment for our practice support staff – Dental Assistants and Receptionist
  • Creative communicator to write job ads and create job vacancy marketing campaigns
  • Build strong relationship with our Practice Leaders and Regional Managers to provide guidance and support across all recruitment activities and initiatives
  • All administration and employment contract preparation
  • Implement strong modern sourcing strategies, talent pooling and social networking tools
About you

You have a natural tendency to provide exceptional customer service and over-deliver in everything you do – it’s innate, it’s who you are. You will have the ability to work autonomously but also as part of a wider Recruitment and HR team. Your natural working style will be fast-paced and flexible with ability to get things done in a results orientated environment.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a recruitment role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR preferred but not essential
  • Highly organised and systematic
  • Ability to proactively manage a large workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creativity and ability to think outside of the box
  • Ability to plan multiple priorities and manage differing stakeholder needs
  • Strong influential and resolution skills
