Job Description

For senior and more experienced managers, we encourage you to apply for this advertisement to be considered for an Associate Director role within PageGroup.

As a Recruitment Manager at PageGroup you will be responsible for things such as;

  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each and every client in order to provide outstanding and timely service.
  • Managing the whole candidate process from sourcing to offer stage and beyond.
  • Offering consultative CV and interview advice to candidates.
  • Managing and prioritising a heavy workload; and
  • Leading a growing and busy team of specialist consultants
The Successful Applicant

Candidates we believe are successful in the role have these skills and qualifications.
  • A background in or thorough understanding of the Finance industry including organisations, structure, jobs within the industry, job growth/challenges/patterns, and more;
  • Demonstrated ability in B2B and Corporate Sales, as well as significant Recruitment Agency experience;
  • Experience in managing and leading a small team (2-5 team members);
  • Proven leadership qualities;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be influential;
  • A natural drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate the success of the team;
  • The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities; and
  • The ability to handle adversity and rejection.
