A NFP Disability organisation located in Melbourne’s east

Your new role
Your new role is a HR Generalist position supporting the business for a couple of months through a particularly business period. This will include recruitment and onboarding, management of HR records, supporting L&D, amending contracts and drafting letters, performance management etc.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have strong experience working within the HR space, with particular involvement in recruitment, performance management, contracts and culture.
You’ll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working in the disability or NFP industries will be advantageous but not essential.
You will be immediately available (or available within a few days’ notice), and be available for part-time work for 8-10 weeks.
