JOB DESCRIPTION

  • High volume, national recruitment with a national retailer; recent recruitment experience is a must

The Company
Join this national retailer to assist with high volume recruitment across a variety of different roles at a national level. With gorgeous offices based in North Ryde, you will join a fun team that takes their jobs seriously but not themselves. Work 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday - choose what time you start every day, fit in a HIIT class at the onsite gym before you start work!

The Role
As the talent acquisition coordinator, you will manage high volume, fast-paced recruitment across retail stores, nationwide. Coordinate interviews with retail managers, manage multiple roles both in-store and within head office whilst updating the database. Whilst you will be given training upon starting with the organisation, this role will see you working autonomously and using your initiative to place multiple roles.

Duties

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Screen ad response
  • Phone screen candidates
  • Search for candidates on the internal database
  • High volume outbound calls to potential candidates
  • Brief candidates on opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Resilience, proactivity, and self-motivation are a must!
  • Recent experience within a similar talent acquisition coordinator or recruitment role - high volume experience desirable
  • Work well autonomously and as part of a team
  • Be adaptable to changing needs of business
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability with the capability of extending past 3 months
  • Commitment to working in their North Ryde office – on work from home opportunity

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience with phone screening, coordinating interviews, and talent acquisition and/or recruitment. You will be available immediately to assist for a minimum of 3 months, if not longer.
