About North East Link

The North East Link Project (NELP) is a $15.8bn infrastructure project that will connect the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network, whilst increasing the capacity of the Eastern Freeway. It will slash travel times, get trucks off local roads and link key growth areas in the north and south-east whilst creating thousands of new jobs. 

NELP is the Victorian Government entity responsible for the delivery of this mega-project. NELP has already laid out initial design concepts, engaged community leaders and are now at tendering stage with several major contractors. With completion due in 2027, things are ramping up fast at NELP.

About the opportunity

This challenging and rewarding position is your opportunity as a passionate recruiter to make a profound impact on Australia's largest and most complex infrastructure project. Reporting to a Senior HR representative you will work hand in hand with a small group of key stakeholders helping supporting them through every step of the recruitment journey. As a detail focused recruitment professional, you will enjoy doing more than talent attraction as you tackle a wide variety of tasks including PD creation, building candidate assessment models, and helping candidates through complicated onboarding processes.

About you:

This position demands a detail focused and experienced recruiter who takes pride in their work, no matter the task at hand. Our Talent Acquisition Partner positions are not for the faint hearted. You've heard of end to end? Our roles are end to end to end recruitment. But if you are the right person, you will learn to enjoy just how much of a trusted partner to your stakeholders you can become when you master the process and deliver great people for their teams. Previous internal recruitment experience is advantageous but this role could also be a great first step into internal for an experienced external recruiter.
