The Brisbane office is looking for a “Winner/Doer” to join their Engineering recruitment team. As they enter a new phase of growth and expansion of the business, they want people who are unafraid to take risks, and act with integrity to join them! Is that you?

And you have 2 years good experience in B2B sales - especially if that's been into any aspect of the Engineering sector, we'd be keen to hear from you. (Tertiary qualifications in Engineering will be advantageous but it's not a deal-breaker).

The role?

It'll evolve over time, into a full "360-recruiter" position. Where you handle the entire recruitment process from BD stage through to the identification of quality candidate talent and successfully placing them into roles. To begin with you'll be focused on shadowing your Divisional Manager, Paul Hansford and learning the ins and outs - with a focus on the candidate side of the role. As you grow more confident you'll then be given scope to go finding roles to fill. It really is a very genuinely nurturing environment with a real intent to see you succeed in this new career.
