Our Banking and Finance operations team in Sydney has a unique opportunity to join a team of 6 highly motivated consultants, as their administrative support.

Your new role

Due to growth, our vibrant, hardworking and high performing Banking Operations team are looking for a recruitment administrator. As an administrator you will be responsible for;

  • Formating resumes and taking references
  • Completing onboarding requirements and bookings
  • Liaise with candidates regarding new starter information
  • Compliance
  • Creating and posting job adverts to our website, Seek and LinkedIn
  • Arranging interviews & sending out interview confirmations
  • Cover letters and submitting applications to various portals

What You'll Need To Succeed

We will provide full training to do all aspects of this role. However, to be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate:
  • Highly developed organisational and administrative skills
  • Hardworking, flexible, adaptable and the ability to work well in a cooperative team environment
  • Detail orientated
  • Expert multitasker
  • Self-motivated
  • Thrive with conflicting deadlines and a fast pace
  • Previous experience in a recruitment support or administrative role is highly desirable.
