Are you an experienced Project Lead with strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and are seeking your next exciting career move? We currently have a new and unique opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual with demonstrated Project Management experience to join our newly created team working within our dynamic Human Resources Unit.

Reporting to the Team Leader HR Projects, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of people projects and program improvements that will increase efficiencies, respond to employee feedback and help to transform the organisation.

This is a temporary full-time role and the salary range for this opportunity commences at $90,132 (Grade H, Step 1) + 9.5% super.

Responsibilities Include

:
  • Develop and deliver people projects and program improvements
  • Develop an implementation approach for each of the projects and work closely with key stakeholders inclusive of the HR team
  • Ensure deadline and project restraints are met
  • Prepare and present reports for senior management
  • Provide analysis, interpretation and communication of HR industry trends and best practise
  • Develop proposed solutions in response to employee feedback
  • Liaise with key stakeholders at all project stages
  • Undertake other duties as requested by the Team Leader HR Projects, Manager Human Resources and/or Director People and Performance
To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Project Management, or related discipline and/or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the areas of human resources, industrial relations and remuneration
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
