The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Partner to join the People & Culture team! With a holistic approach, you will be empowering our people by unlocking capabilities to help them achieve their maximum potential. Working predominately on-site within our corporate store network throughout all of NSW.

The role is truly generalist in nature, this role will further develop your HR talents as you will be involved in all aspects of people & culture such as recruitment, performance management, ER, OHS/workers comp and training & development.

You will make a difference by
  • Recruiting, attracting and retaining quality talent.
  • Building strong professional relationships with your key stakeholders.
  • Managing the day-to-day People & Culture operational priorities and support the state operations team to achieve business KPIs and objectives.
  • Coaching & developing leaders on leadership and talent management skills.
  • Delivering high quality training and coaching, ensuring teams have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their role.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5 years’ experience at an HR generalist/advisory level.
  • High level of time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to positively influence key stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and its application.
  • An autonomous self-starter with the ability to think on your feet.
  • A dynamic, focused and down to earth personality to implement change and think outside the square.
Highly desirable
  • Multi-site experience.
  • HR qualification (bachelor’s degree or higher).
  • Experience and/or training and assessment qualification which involved mentoring, coaching and training (1:1 & classroom).
