Your new role
This is a contract role, and could be carried out either full-time for around 6 months or part-time for 9 months. Your primary focus will be to look at all aspects of their recruitment and onboarding process and make recommendations for change. You will look at how they are utilising their SuccessFactors Recruitment platform and if there are opportunities to enhance this, their EVP, recruitment strategies and the end to end process through to onboarding, and highlight areas for improvements and efficiencies, with the candidate experience being front of mind

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience working in an internal recruitment or talent function, and have had exposure to working on projects. You will be comfortable working with stakeholders across a business, and discussing experiences, ideas and opportunities for improvement. You will have had previous exposure to recruitment ERP's ideally SuccessFactors, and will enjoy problem solving and mapping out processes.

The organisation is flexible and you can undertake this work on either a full or part-time basis. Based in North Ryde, you will work 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days from home.
