The People & Culture (P&C) Advisor will contribute to the success of Versent by providing support and advice on a broad range of P&C matters.

This position plays a key role in providing quality support and advice to employees and managers across the organisation covering the full employee cycle. The role will focus on enabling business leaders to effectively manage and support their people.

Working closely with the People Operartions and Partnering Lead and the broader P&C function on the execution and continuous improvement of P&C programs aligned to the people strategy.

Skills And Experience Required

    • Broad generalist Human Resources exposure and qualifications in a related discipline.
    • Sound knowledge of contemporary P&C practices.
    • Capability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
    • Proactive, professional and client-focused approach with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and effectively contribute to a team environment.
    • Approachable with well developed interpersonal skills.
    • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage, plan, organise and prioritise own workload and timeframes to achieve objectives in a timely manner
    • Sound project management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and delivery P&C programs of work.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cohesively within a team
    • Ability to maintain professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Solid administration skills, excellent Word and Excel skills
