  • Ongoing position, considering applications for 4 - 5 days per week

  • $101,493 - $113,332 (plus Super, RDO for full time, pro rata to be applied if p/time)


 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, qualified and enthusiastic Business Partner to join following in significant period of organisational transformation. Working collaboratively across the team, you will have input into our strategic priorities and lead the way for proactive workforce planning and change across the organisation.
 
Your role with us
You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and operational support in the effective management of all aspects within the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with leaders and employees in your client groups to build capacity and knowledge of People, Culture and Development policy and practice.
 
As an experienced HR generalist/Business Partner, you will have~


  • substantial knowledge and proven experience in a broad range of contemporary people, culture and development issues and practices preferably gained whilst working within a business partner model and supported by a relevant qualification

  • substantial experience with workforce planning, change management and driving organisational development initiatives to your client groups

  • experience in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety and supporting management of complex IR/ER issues

  • strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across all organisational levels

  • ability to engage effectively and creatively challenge people

  • an ability to quickly identify and understand organisational issues and challenges
