Working as part of our customer centric People, Performance & Culture team, this is a unique opportunity to use your strong coordination and engagement skills to help support and administrator our key people systems, help deliver people metrics to our senior management team and support the delivery of key people systems to our business. You will be the “go to person” for all systems related queries.

The role has flexibility between working from home and working from our Metricon head office.

Reporting to the People & Culture Reporting / Project Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the delivery of our HRIS strategy;
  • Maintain and drive data integrity across the HRIS platform;
  • Provide functional support and administration of HRIS, maintaining data accuracy and delivering continuous improvements and process management of all HRIS;
  • Support the delivery of our People and Performance Dashboard and provide regular performance reporting;
  • Provide administrative and technical support for key stakeholders, such as systems support, ad hoc report requests, and process and procedure support;
  • Support the delivery of new national people systems - project end to end, including the creation of business functional specifications, user testing, training, and implementation, acting as the super user and administrator for all people systems;
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to coordinate system change activities that deliver outcomes for our customers;
  • Provide support to the wider People, Performance & Culture team during peak periods.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Mathematics or similar
  • Previous experience in system administration of HRIS
  • Advanced level of computing skills, with experience using Excel, PowerBI (or similar), HRIS, People Engagement Platforms, and Learning Management Systems
  • Demonstrated experience within a HR function maintaining large groups of data
  • The ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities within a fast paced, volume oriented role to meet conflicting deadlines
  • It’s also important that you are a strong team player with an appetite for learning and a love for delivering results.
