We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Experience Advisor on a part time basis. Based at our Support Office in Hawthorn East, just 9 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Our head office is a thriving, supportive and a friendly workplace where you can collaborate with colleagues from a variety of business units.


As our Employee Experience Advisor, you will deliver and embed key employee engagement & diversity initiatives that support an inclusive workplace and great employee experience at Benetas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership, best practice and advice to the organisation to improve the employee experience so employees consider Benetas a ‘great place to work’
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business to deliver a ‘joined up’ employee experience aligned to our value proposition throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Use reporting and analytics to inform decision making and improve the employee experience
  • Coordinate the Benetas approach to gaining employee feedback – through surveys, listening tours and other initiatives 
  • Develop and coordinate the annual Diversity & Inclusion communications plan
  • Drive improvements in gender diversity at Benetas
  • Maintain compliance with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 and Biennial Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation
  • Implement new initiatives to support an inclusive workplace Benetas.
  • Coordinate the Benetas ‘Given the Chance’ program as part of the Benetas social dividend
  • Coordinate the Benetas recognition and reward program


To be successful, you will have:

  • Degree or equivalent in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Understanding of contemporary organisational development approaches and how these can be applied in different contexts
  • Demonstrated experience in embedding (not just implementing) new approaches that develop a great employee experience
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with managers on initiatives to enhance employee capability, engagement and performance 
  • Strong IT skills
