This ASX listed financial services business based in Richmond, requires the skills of an experienced Remuneration Analyst to join their team to assist with various remuneration and benefit activities. With a down to earth and altruistic culture, this business supports wider communities and partners with various fundraising charities and offers paid volunteering leave to employees.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture whilst collaborating with the broader P&C team, your key responsibilities are:


  • Support with the management of the remuneration, benefits and performance frameworks, policies, and processes across the business
  • Setup internal salary benchmarking frameworks
  • Assist with short term and long term incentive plans 
  • Assist with projects and research opportunities for process improvements
  • Partner with Executives and Chief Legal Counsel


About You

Tertiary qualifications in HR or an equivalent discipline. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, analytical, has strong excel and numerical skills as well as having excellent written and verbal communication. You are a self-starter, with a positive attitude and collaborative approach. Able to work autonomously and be a team player. You have a track record of operating with discretion and with respect for confidentiality. Relevant experience developed within a contemporary HR setting. It will beneficial to have previous experience working in an ASX listed organisation with knowledge of understanding equity compensation, company share schemes and incentive plans.
