They are locally owned and managed, employing over 600 staff, and as they have grown they have retained their 'family feel' culture. This company is experiencing exponential growth, and is poised to become the number two market leader in their specialty in Australia.

With recruitment activity scaling up, they require the skills of a talented recruiter for a six month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanency.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the full end-to-end recruitment function for corporate and technical positions within the business. This will include LinkedIn research, writing advertisements, screening candidates, face-to-face interviews, conducting reference checks, new employee inductions, putting together contracts and liaising with internal stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.

You will also be involved in the development of innovative, short and long-term recruitment solutions, as well as the development of talent pipelines, and resourcing strategies. The focus of this contract role will be to deliver resourcing and recruitment services using your proactive and outcome driven processes.

About You

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
