About us

Our friendly Support Office team are looking for a motivated Human Resources (HR) Support Officer to join the team. This position would suit an individual who has administration and/or HR experience and wishes to further develop their knowledge and skills in the Human Resources function. This is a part-time role (approximately 30 hours per week) with flexible hours available to suit the right candidate.

As we continue to grow as an organisation, you’ll get an opportunity to provide administrative support for our HR function to enable the delivery of a positive employee experience and support the achievement of business objectives.

About the role

In the role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordination and facilitation of the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees. This will include posting advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks along with coordinating the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Creating training material, including content on our LMS platform
  • Assistance in creating and monitoring core processes and implementation across our stores
  • Overseeing store rosters and staffing needs.
  • Provide administrative support in HR functions such as performance management, reviews, training and reporting.
  • Day-to-day administrative support across the business as necessary

About your skills, experience and qualifications

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a HR role desirable
