We are currently seeking a star HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative functions within our team including assisting with new hires, metrics and reporting and assisting with employee queries..

Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

  • Produce relevant HR documentation as required by the business e.g. contractual documents, statements of service, reporting for both internal and external use
  • Act as Country lead for HRIS and manage input of data into HRIS in compliance with Internal Control requirements.
  • Monitor HRIS integrity to ensure compliance with internal control requirements and make updates where necessary.
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition, ensure smooth onboarding process for new starters.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to visa types, expiries and visa-related healthcare for relevant population.
  • Support digitization improvements within the wider HR function including management of HR Sharepoint.
  • Day to day administration of operating vehicle fleet.

Qualifications, Skills and Experince Required Includes:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Strong administration skills including the ability to prioritse workload and recognise what is important.
  • Good IT skills, particularly with MS Office, Excel (v-lookups & pivot tables essential) and a working knowledge of Sharepoint.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation.
  • Very strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
