Committed to attracting and retaining great talent to ensure the continued success of their business, they are seeking a Talent Partner to join their growing Human Resources Team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group Manager, Human Resources, this newly created Talent Partner role will work alongside a fast paced and collaborative Human Resources Team. This is a true end-to-end role with a mix of talent acquisition, strategic sourcing, and talent pipelining. Balance that with understanding the commercial imperatives of the business and strategically working to find top talent and drive commercial and people outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
Design and implement improvements for talent acquisition systems and processes that are scalable as the business grows;
Partnering with hiring managers to provide strategic, practical and proactive talent solutions;
Manager and provide expert coaching and advice on the full recruitment cycle, including job design, position description review, sourcing, screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking and offer management;
Utilise advanced sourcing techniques (both active and passive) to attract high quality candidates;
Proactively work to develop talent pools and pipelines for critical roles, reducing time to fill and increasing quality of hire; and
Utilising technology to not only source and ensure positive candidate experience, but also to generate reports that provide data for analysis and decision making.
About Success
Partnering with hiring managers, providing expert advice on a range of talent solutions whilst utilising advanced sourcing techniques to continually improve quality of hire will be key to success. With a strong pipeline of future projects, commitment to build talent management programs and implement effective sourcing strategies that make a real, commercial difference.

About You
Working as part of a close knit and supportive Human Resources team, you will have:

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, whilst adopting advanced/proactive and passive sourcing strategies;
Experience gained in building, construction or another blue collar environment;
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive positive change through exceptional delivery and results;
Knowledge of the fundamentals of workforce planning and talent management;
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter;
An ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities with ease; and
A positive attitude with a sense of humour and fun.
About Culture & Benefits
In addition to working with a great and expanding Human Resources Team, this newly created position offers a genuine opportunity to make this role your own. Once there are strong systems and processes in place for talent acquisition and talent pipelining, there is an opportunity to look at other talent management processes to ensure that the business is retaining their top talent.
