About the role

The People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of a generalised range of human resources duties within the Employment Lifecycle including recruitment, orientation, learning and development, HR Reporting and Support of the Executive Manager.

To be successful in the position, the applicant will have:

  • Certificate IV in Human Resources Management or relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of contemporary human resources management practices
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and cooperatively
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems
  • Knowledge of and compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements
