JOB DESCRIPTION

This Industrial products manufacturer is a long-established household name in the building and construction products sector employing 100+ people across sales, marketing, finance, Logistics and manufacturing activities serving customers Australia wide.


Reporting to the Managing Director, you will sit on the Executive Team and be the champion of change management initiatives underpinning company performance. Leading a small HR team you will facilitate Corporate performance management initiatives including 360 feedback, values based behaviour coaching and targeted Learning and Development as well as supporting the organisation with sound ER/IR advice.


The essence of this pivotal role is to facilitate a collaborative and positive workplace culture based on open communication, Learning & Development initiatives and alignment with a customer driven business strategy.

This career step will build on your 5-10 years HR experience preferably in an industrial organisation where you experienced or recognised the power of effective communication and engagement across the entire organisation.
