The Role

A new HR Administrator role has become available in our Employee Connect team as part of the broader People & Culture function. Our Employee Connect team provide trusted advice and enable changes which support our workforce to thrive. In this role you will connect with and support candidates and managers through the onboarding stage, ensuring the beginning of employment with Australian Unity sets the scene for a great place to work.

Effectively support candidates during onboarding stage to ensure a timely and quality experience in line with our employee brand proposition.
Generate contracts, background checks, manage new starter documentation and system set up.
Achieve team and individual call / query handling targets within service level agreements.
Actively contribute insights to improve the onboarding experience for candidates to ensure that Australian Unity is a great place to work.
Contribute to People & Culture projects where required to improve the employee experience episode transformation.
Adhere to all relevant risk and compliance obligations at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Similar experience in a HR Administration role in a highly regulated HR environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations within tight timeframes.
Proactive, engaged and collaborative approach to your work.
Strong customer-service orientation and solid computer literacy. SuccessFactors experience will be seen as highly desirable however not essential.
Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport, interact effectively at all levels and provide support and advice.
