Your role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist has primary accountability for the execution of end to end talent requisitions to help achieve the agreed resourcing objectives in the relevant workforce segment as established by the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead, this position will be responsible for identifying top talent across the:

Enabling Functions (Customer, Digital, Tech; Finance & Strategy; People & Culture; Audit and Governance).
Retail (Bank, Health Insurance).
Wealth & Capital Markets (Investments, Advice, Property, Life & Super, and Trustees).

Additionally, this position provides the opportunity to work on strategic Talent Acquisition projects.

Skilled recruitment professional - internal, external or mix of both - proficient in corporate positions (e.g. technology/digital, wealth/finance, marketing etc).
