Your role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist has primary accountability for the execution of the building talent pools, candidate sourcing, pipelining, assessment centre coordination, deploying engagement and referral campaigns and demonstrate impeccable candidate engagement and brand ambassadorship in all channels to market activity. This position will be responsible for identifying talent across Aged Care, Home & Disability services in Community development. Additionally, this position provides the opportunity to work on strategic Talent Acquisition projects.

Your permanent full time opportunity can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne CBD office.

We are searching for an enthusiastic and skilled person who has a good understanding of working with a diverse range of people in a largely dispersed geography, well versed in talent sourcing and maintaining external partnerships to increase talent referrals & employer brand awareness. Skilled recruitment professional - internal, external or mix of both - Proficient in volume and project-based talent sourcing activities.
Good verbal, written communication skills accompanied with presentation skills (host career webinars participate in virtual events)
Excellent relationship management and time management skills.
Capable of operating in a ever evolving and fast paced environment.
Ideally previous experience in a Candidate management, Talent resourcing and proactive role will be ideal.
Value based individual and team orientated person.
