12-month Full-time, Maximum Term Contract | Immediate Start

About the role

The successful HR Project Lead will deliver the scoping, analysis and implementation of a new HRIS and related business processes. The HR Project Lead will analyse and document business requirements and deliver effective change management to ensure successful implementation of the HRIS.

The HR Project Lead is a collaborative, strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and experience in delivering new HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and undertake feasibility studies relating to key HR projects, including procurement and implementation of a new HRIS
  • Deliver high quality project reporting highlighting dependencies, delays, risks, and issues as required to drive achievement of overall strategic objectives
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of the HRIS, including identification of resource requirements and implementation timelines
  • Liaise with key project stakeholders to identify barriers to change and implement change management initiatives
  • Identify and manage risks in system implementation including cross departmental data requirements
  • Lead development of policy to support transition to new systems


About you

The successful HR Project Lead will have over five years’ experience in project management, or equivalent, and a qualification in Project Management, Systems Implementation, Business Analysis, or related field.

You must also have:

  • Experience implementing new HR or other IT Systems
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and control workload.
  • You will have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • High-level writing and communication skills
  • A team player who is self-motivated and shows initiative
