Reporting to the GM – People & Performance, you will join our highly valued HR basedin North Sydney. This is a permanent, part-time role where the right candidate will work 25 hours a week, on the days that best suit you. That could be 5 hours a day over 5 days or split over three days – it all depends on us finding you, the right candidate for the role!

This is an end-to-end recruitment role where you will have the opportunity to influence our talent pipeline, promote GWA as a great place to work, all whilst ensuring the best sourcing strategy for our recruitment needs across the full breadth of roles across the business. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to have a true impact on our business and our future success!

Here’s what a typical day would look like:

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to source talent by providing expert selection and interviewing advice.
  • Applying ‘science to selection’ methodologies to ensure we are making great sourcing and selection decisions.
  • Negotiating with third party providers and managing labour hire relationships.
  • Proving a high level of candidate care and setting up talent pools.
  • Managing our ATS and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Conducting LinkedIn searches and market mapping for current and future roles.
  • Promoting our EVP on social media, in particular LinkedIn.

As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, you already know what is required! So, if you can tick the box on the details below, then we want to hear from you!

  • A strong background recruiting across various functions, levels and roles
  • Experience sourcing great candidates utilising social media platforms and other professional networks
  • Enjoy managing an ATS, and all the admin involved, to ensure the recruitment process is managed effectively
  • Have an eye for detail and a talent for effectively multitasking, whilst remaining focused on key priorities
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • And finally, would enjoy working on the 24th floor of a brand new building with a stunning harbour view!
