JOB DESCRIPTION

Great opportunity to work for this growing organisation where you will be transitioning between operating as an organisational change agent – streamlining existing processes & procedures and implementing new initiatives, developing a strong people and culture environment, while handling the day-to-day operational HR responsibilities. This is a Stand Alone (Greenfields) HR position based in the city. This role could be working either 4 or 5 days with 1 day from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide HR advice and support to key stakeholders

· Support the delivery of HR initiatives, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, collaboration and performance

· Design and assist with Engagement Plans

· Establish an Onboarding and Induction program

· Look at Retention and Succession Plan initiatives and Reward & Recognition Programs

· Review, create and streamline processes and procedures

· Responsible for consulting upon all areas of HR

· Foster effective relationships with all areas of the business

· Payroll activities – build relationship with external Vendor (outsourced payroll function) and perform administrative tasks associated with this process

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Previous HR Management experience - minimum of 5 years

· Experience in a Stand Alone or Greenfields role

· Relevant Tertiary qualifications

· Strategic know-how

· Good knowledge of HR legislation

· Experience as a change agent

· Excellent communication & relationship skills
