About The Role

As the People Systems Advisor your role will be to support the administration, governance and maintenance of the Endeavour Group people systems (namely SuccessFactors). You will respond in a timely manner to system support requests from Leaders and Culture & People Partners including updating and altering position information and organisational structures.

Reporting To The Head Of Team Services, You Will
  • Respond to process queries related to position management and make necessary system updates according to frameworks
  • Review and approve position moves, including liaising with leaders to explain why
  • System maintenance and ensuring structures are up to date
  • Alerting and rectifying errors in accordance with governance protocols and liaising with impacted team
  • Support system reporting and monitoring


About You

You will have proven experience working in a transactional Human Capital Management environment as well as working with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information.

You will ideally have worked with people/employee data and understand and respect the confidentiality and privacy requirements.

You will also be able to demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:
  • Expert level of Excel/Google sheets capability
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to deal with different and ad hoc requests
  • Understanding of SAP based systems will be highly regarded
