About Your Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and partner across the breadth of our business. At Thales, we push the boundaries of technology to do the things that have never been done before and achieve the seemingly impossible. So, whether it’s hiring for the OneSKY Programme, a game changing Air Traffic Management solution that will revolutionise Australian skies, or supporting our iconic Hawkei vehicles that keep Australian troops safe, you can be sure of hiring for a varied and interesting portfolio of roles that truly make a difference. 

  • Lead and manage the end to end recruitment process, working on c.25 roles at any one time. 

  • You’ll typically spend your time recruiting for high volume, blue-collar roles across a wide range of geographic locations, including regional VIC & NSW, Melbourne and Sydney

  • Proactively source key talent directly from the market

  • Work on key projects across the function. The TA team deliver the full suite of hiring from apprentice to executive search, as well as leading on employer brand, assessment & selection, diversity & inclusion, ATS technology and much more. 

  • Whatever your passion in the TA space, there’s opportunity to learn and develop, get involved and help shape our future, both here in Australia and globally!

How About You?

  • An experienced Talent Acquisition professional, you’ll have solid end to end recruitment experience in high volume, fast paced recruitment

  • Strong relationship building skills, able to influence and manage key stakeholders

  • Well organised, able to plan, prioritise and work at pace

  • Tenacity to navigate through ambiguity and change and deliver results

  • Experience in an in-house environment would be ideal, but we’re open to developing a great recruiter straight from agency who comes with a willingness to learn and a passion for technology
