About The Role

The role forms part of our high performing Store Support Centre Talent Acquisition team that looks after all Head Office recruitment across Coles.

We pride ourselves on providing best in class recruitment delivery for the business, as well as consultative and strategic partnering to support talent decisions and approaches. We’re serious about what we do but like to have fun while we do it.

We’re looking for a talented Talent Acquisition professional who loves what they do and has the ability to apply their expertise and partner with a variety of functions and stakeholders. This role will partner with some pivotal and growing functions like Emerging Businesses, Property and Financial Services, providing exposure to a variety of specialisations and stakeholders.

You’ll have the opportunity to partner with senior leaders as a subject matter expert to drive and support improved decision making and approaches around how we attract, engage and hire the best and diverse talent for our business. We encourage our TA Leads to search and drive opportunities for improvement, as well as to feel empowered to find new, innovative and exciting ways to bring great talent into Coles and continue our evolution as a leading Talent Acquisition function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences, as well as delivering tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time
  • Partnering with our business stakeholders and leadership teams, providing insights, reporting and guidance to support key hiring and talent decisions
  • Proactive sourcing and pipelining, utilising various channels to market, such as LinkedIn recruiter, and engaging the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
  • Support and / or manage various initiatives and projects across relevant business areas
  • Supporting the wider team where required to ensure we are consistently delivering and delighting our stakeholders

Good things you’ll need
  • Proven and successful background as a proactive and value add Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or external function
  • Strong experience in partnering and influencing at all levels
  • Extensive knowledge in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing
  • Appetite and ability to be agile and partner across a variety of business areas #LC-PC
