JOB DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the HR Advisory Services Lead role is to lead the delivery of support provided to Employees and People Leaders across Nine with all aspects of Employment matters through an efficient and effective tiered service model ensuring an exemplary People Experience.

  • Support the Advisory & Transformation Manager with managing work volumes, team allocation and support to enable a high quality and timely service delivery
  • Coach and support People Solutions Advisors, People Solutions Coordinators and People Solutions Talent Advisors with day to day, operational guidance and leadership
  • Develop team capability through routine coaching dedicated to the individual’s professional needs/career aspirations
  • Maintain knowledge management articles on Nine’s intranet
  • Encourage thought leadership within the People Solutions team to enable effective use of People & Culture’s tiered service model
  • Develop, monitor and review performance according to our Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
  • Support and deliver key People Solutions services to enable premium service delivery
  • Identify insights and opportunities to improve the People Experience
  • Encourage and influence the use of People & Culture tiered service delivery model
  • Drive compliance using relevant Nine policies, legislation and regulations

Qualifications

Essential

  • A minimum of 5 years in a generalist HR role with demonstrated and proven success in large, professional organisations
  • Experience within a HR shared services environment
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and practices
  • Experience in providing support on P&C policy and procedure, practices

Desirable

  • Tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources, Employee Relations or Law
  • Change management experience in a leadership position
