You will be the face of Hays Talent Solutions (HTS) within one of our Financial Services RPO and MSP programmes.

Our people are passionate about delivering recruitment service excellence, which is underpinned by high touch engagement and innovative recruitment solutions across a range of client business functions and levels.

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will play a critical role in the achievement of strategic objectives and priorities and vacancy fulfilment.

Your New Role

  • Successfully manage of all aspects of recruitment service delivery
  • Engage with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs and present appropriate solutions effectively
  • Work with the client to ensure full understanding of the role, and where appropriate, educate managers on the recruitment lifecycle, systems and technology
  • Deliver appropriate sourcing and attraction strategies; supporting and developing strategic talent pooling in line with client requirements
  • Manage relationships with the supply chain to ensure candidate quality and time to hire metrics are being met
  • Liaise with hiring managers and offsite sourcing team to obtain and provide feedback at all stages in the recruitment lifecycle


What you’ll need to succeed

  • End to end recruitment experience is required (agency or onsite)
  • A proven ability to perform in a fast paced and agile environment
  • High sense of urgency and ability to cope under pressure
  • Strong customer focussed approach and willingness to demonstrate exceptional service delivery
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate face to face and virtually with stakeholders of varying levels and departments
  • Experience in implementing sophisticated sourcing capability, using more innovative candidate sourcing strategies to “Find and Engage’ talent
  • Ability to work within a high-volume environment, exposure to assessment centres is advantageous
