IMANI needs to recruit for multiple positions to help us grow into our unicorn shoes. We want the BEST talent available to join the IMANI army. It’s not every day you get to be a part of a Brissy-based start up company who’s vision is to transform the property + construction industry through technology.

You’ll be working in-house within the talent identification program to source top-shelf quality people to join our growing company!


In short, you’ll be finding us some talented human beings. We are looking to grow rapidly and we need support finding suitable candidates at a range of different levels. From full-time employees, part-timers, contractors to temporary placements and even working with external partners. Additionally, establishing an industry-leading cadet program to bring tertiary skilled talent into our people ecosystem. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process is a big deal for us - our People and our Technology are our company. 

You’ll be riding shotgun with our GM of People + Culture helping build a high-innovation culture that aligns with our critical business priorities.

Day to day you’ll be doing this (but not limited to);

  • Attending industry events to keep a pulse on talent 
  • Building networks and career paths for people
  • Build out cadetships for talent coming into the workforce 
  • Writing and posting killer job ads to the market about available positions
  • Reaching out to applicants and identifying talent (headhunting + social sourcing)
  • Interviewing candidates either face-to-face or via zoom calls
  • Shortlisting qualified candidates
  • Keeping candidates informed throughout the process of their interviews
  • Supporting the GM - People + Culture in the coordination and delivery of talent plans for departments


We’re an open-minded bunch and we value attitude and energy highly, but we’d love it if you’ve had this type of experience already;

  • We are seeking an individual that brings energy, enthusiasm and motivation to the role
  • Tertiary experienced/extensive evidence in a Tier one organisation evidencing skills in the following areas: Detailed and Personalised Communications; Human Resources or people-centered services; B2B experience; Relationship Nurturing.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Recruitment advertising + talent sourcing (LinkedIn Jobs + Seek) 
  • You will be a great communicator (verbal + written) with the capability of connecting with internal and external stakeholders + candidates 
  • Seek to deliver best in class experiences under time pressure and deadlines (you’re flexible + adaptable)
  • Presentable and articulate
  • Be a boss at office admin and keeping records on file
  • Your an organised person and can manage multiple calendars + priorities

Need to have

  • A LinkedIn profile + evidence of your prior success
  • You display a “let’s do it” attitude. We love active contributors who help to develop a culture of excellence, creativity, responsiveness, and flexibility

Nice to have 

  • Salesforce experience - if not we have training available
  • DocuSign experience (we strive to be paperless)
  • What will give you the edge - experience in tech or digital companies
