We aim to make a real difference in times of need and in support of this, we’re searching for a HR Business Partner to support our Glazing Operations Team. Reporting into the Head of HR - Operations you will not only be a HR team member but will be a pivotal Divisional contributor, helping to manage the performance of the business through a defined People Plan and associated people initiatives.

As the HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Contribute to overall business performance through the provision of practical guidance, advice and day to day operational support
  • Provide hands on support and guidance around Performance Management, Capability, Recognition, Remuneration, Recruitment and Workforce Planning
  • Partner with blue & white-collar workforce to coach and collaborate with the Managers to ensure that they are skilled to have the right conversations
  • Balance multiple priorities whilst managing the day to day requirements of the role
  • Be practical and determined in building a people plan and operational in executing it to create incremental change in operational capability
  • Be capable of working across different functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Be able to handle a busy workload ranging from HR admin and People reporting to Performance Management and Coaching Leaders.
  • Own and deliver People initiatives including annual performance review process, engagement surveys and exit surveys.
  • Support Talent Acquisition with the onboarding & induction of newly hired Team Members
  • Above all, be able to influence the commercial outcomes of your stake holder group through your operational understanding and delivery of key operational projects

To be considered, you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a HRBP, Senior Advisor or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of timely and business focused HR advice and projects
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, engaging approach and a natural ability to communicate
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet all deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
