At Bupa, Recruitment Coordinators in Aged Care have primary accountability to support the Recruitment process from Job Posting, Screening, Reference, Background Checking, through to Offer process. In addition to managing the end to end process you will also act as a key contact point for a range of stakeholders including candidates, Hiring Managers, Resourcing Partners, and key business contacts. Report to the Resourcing Manager and collaborate nationally with a team of 10 Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Partners. We are currently recruiting 12 month vacancies across Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, that could lead to permanency.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

  • Maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to ensure candidate statuses and data is current and accurate.
  • Post roles in line with group standards and agreed approach with Recruitment Specialists.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process at the stage of advertising job vacancies, compliance check screening, Background checking activities and candidate offer entry into Workday.
  • Compliance check applications (application questionnaire responses) to bundle up and be sent to Hiring Managers.
  • Update system & manage candidate applications based on feedback from the homes.
  • Facilitation of reference and background check activities for candidates at offer / management stage.

What do I need?

  • Previous in-house Recruitment or HR administration experience
  • Experience in working on many simultaneous tasks requiring initiative, customer service and lateral thinking. Ability to manage workloads to priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in supporting the production and maintenance of recruitment related data with accuracy and efficiency
  • Detailed knowledge of operating ATS (applicant tracking system) ideally Workday or similar
  • Comfortable generating reports in Workday / Excel
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
