The Company

We are exclusively partnered with a high growth professional services firm who are in an exciting phase of their evolution. With offices across the globe, they are looking to appoint a Human Resources Director to manage the HR operations and strategy for their ANZ business.

The firm has embarked on several global projects and systems enhancements, and for an individual with transformation experience, this is a great opportunity to enable and support the strategic growth of the business.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, as the Human Resources Director you will assume a cornerstone position within the firm. Key deliverables and accountabilities will be broad and will require the skills of an HR professional with a commercial and strategic approach.

As the Human Resources Director you will understand the pressures and opportunities that exist within a professional services environment. You will foster relationships both within and outside of the business that maximise the competitiveness and sustainability of the business's growth. In addition, you will be an ally to the operational leaders within this company.

Your Profile

As the successful Human Resources Director you are a proven people leader with a track record of success in leading teams, modernizing HR, and are in your element as part of the strategic decision making team.

You have experience in HR transformation, are a change-agent, you enjoy developing and challenging your team and you have a high level of emotional intelligence. Your stakeholder engagement skills are amongst your key strengths. Adept at utilizing technology and enhancing processes, you are committed to building workplace efficiencies and enabling technology to further drive business returns.

You are a proven negotiator, a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader. Experience working within a Professional Services firm and managing relationships with Partners is essential.
