We are seeking a Training/HR Administrator for short term contract, although direct experience is preferred, we will consider strong administration backgrounds also.

In this role you will work across both the Human Resources and Training departments supporting essential HR and training activities. We have a global Learning Management System (LMS) on its way and you will have the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the introduction and integration of the LMS across the site.

In This Role Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Coordinate onboarding, employee changes and document control
  • Support the implementation of the LMS
  • Maintaining and updating employee personnel, training and competency records
  • Support the administration of HR cyclical activities e.g. performance review process
  • Providing HR, training & development information to employees.
This role will be offered on a permanent full time basis.

About You
  • A degree or qualification in HR or related discipline (highly desirable)
  • Process oriented with great attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to work in a high-volume role, working as part of a team
  • Customer focused and you look for new ways to drive efficiencies

  • Knowledge or experience of Human Resources is beneficial
