The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner to join our team. With a holistic approach, you will be empowering our people by unlocking capabilities to help them achieve their maximum potential. This is a busy, dynamic role looking after a diverse portfolio of several brands within the Group including residential and commercial construction.


The position is a generalist practitioner role where you will be involved in all aspects of people & culture, recruitment, performance management, ER, workforce planning, development of strategy and employee experience.


You will make a difference by

  • Championing workforce planning from strategic and operational requirements
  • Building strong professional relationships with your key stakeholders
  • Influencing our leaders and driving change
  • Managing the day-to-day HR priorities and support leaders throughout the Group to achieve business KPIs and objectives
  • Contributing to the development of HR metrics to enable effective analysis, planning, budgeting and reporting processes
  • Coaching & developing managers on leadership and talent management approaches
  • Providing accurate and timely advice to influence the delivery of superior business outcomes


What We Are Looking For

  • Tertiary qualified with 5 years experience at an HR generalist/advisory level
  • High level of time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to positively influence key stakeholders and build relationships
  • Demonstrated experience navigating HR legislation and its application
  • A self-starter who is able to work autonomously, strategic thinker, innovative and able to think on your feet
  • A dynamic, focused and down to earth personality to implement change and think outside the square
