The Role
Joining our team in a Recruitment Coordinator role, you will work side by side with Adelaide’s leading recruiter and Director of Anna Roussos Recruitment. Elevate your career and find your mentor while understanding what it takes to be a successful standalone consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in helping shape peoples’ careers, as well as strategically sourcing the right people for our clients and their business. As the first point of contact at the office and landline, we’re seeking an energetic and bubbly coordinator who will truly engage with each visitor, developing a personable yet professional impression of the company. You will provide extensive administration support to the team, formatting CV’s, writing job advertisements across our industries that align with our branding, conducting reference checks and database management of our CRM system. You’ll become the go-to person in the office, always willing to give a hand and help wherever needed!
