We are looking for a People and Culture Coordinator to join the team at CLO!

About the Role 

Under the general direction of the People & Culture Manager, the People & Culture Coordinator will support the People & Culture business function area and ensure a focus on team achievement, relevant organisational objectives, delivery of professional support and advice to stakeholders and provide leadership and support within the People & Culture area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to staff as the primary point of contact for existing employment related enquires
  • Coordination of staff contract management process for existing staff contracts and amendments
  • Oversee efficient and effective coordination of existing staff records
  • Provide effective support and advice on CLO's performance management processes including the participation and facilitation of disciplinary processes
  • Conduct workplace surveys, collate, and report on results to support on-going organisational culture management
  • Coordination of employment related compliance documentation and employment verification checks and confirmations
  • Positively coordinate and contribute to organisational culture initiatives

To be successful in securing this position, you will possess: 

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or relevant field 
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance 
  • Current Drivers Licence 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist Human Resources role
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and ability to set priorities
  • High level written and oral communication styles
