JOB DESCRIPTION

Your new company
Due to organisational growth, Our Southern Highlands based client within the corporate space has the opportunity for an immediately available HRBP to join their team.
35 hours per wee

Your new role
Coach and advise managers and staff in relation to the human resource management and employee responsibilities,
in accordance with the relevant legislation
Coordinate the end to end recruitment process
Coordinate and resolve complex individual, team and employee issues through objective investigations, innovative
strategies and constructive approaches to minimise risk, ensure compliance and transform culture.
Provide high-level performance management guidance to line managers
Undertake workplace investigations in accordance with the organisations Disciplinary Policy and Procedure.
Maintain establishment records, organisational charts, position descriptions and the production of all related Human Resources information reports by required deadlines.
Deliver relevant Organisational Development training, as required.
Execute Organisational Development related projects in accordance with change management methodologies
Assist with the implementation of key change management strategies to improve staff and organisational performance.

What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Human
Resources role in a Corporate Environment.
Use initiative and act independently to ensure best practice and achievement of outcomes.
Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills to meet defined deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in conducting workplace investigations.
Experience in the use of electronic Recruitment and On-boarding, Performance Management, Training and
Development and administration of on-line learning modules.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Software and other technological applications.
Possess and maintain a current NSW Driver’s Licence (Class C).
